Hope to visit this “east meets west” bar this weekend - Orient Express. Apparently the ice for the drinks starts as a giant 300-lb block before they carve it to perfectly fit your glasses.
I just love this theme, and am especially interested in checking it out after taking a train from Istanbul to Thessoloniki to Athens last summer.
